Billing Email Field Missing at Checkout – Customers Cannot Complete Purchase

    I have an issue with my checkout page. When someone tries to place an order, they get an error saying the billing email is required, but there is no email field showing on the page for them to fill in. Because of this, nobody can complete a purchase on my store.

    I already saw this mentioned in the forum and disabled WooPayments like it said, but the problem is still happening.

    Can you help me figure out what is causing the email field to not show up?

    Hello @Fabiola,

    We have deactivated the mentioned plugin (https://gyazo.com/f81b33fe80076ff9ef88e4ff455ef1dc), and the email field is now displayed correctly on your checkout page: https://gyazo.com/e59efd2dd36b45e871c179ed1f14a618.

    Please make sure that the plugin remains disabled when testing. When the plugin is active, the email field does not appear, which causes an error during form data validation: https://gyazo.com/4118780dc7755f18d6df6d58ca563817.

    At this time, we have left the plugin inactive so that you can verify the issue on your side.
