    Hello,
I would like to ask why shop categories are not displayed on the main shop page, while they appear correctly on category pages. Additionally, I would like to unify the appearance of the shop page and category pages. As shown in the screenshots, some elements—such as product hover buttons—behave differently on each page.

I tried to configure this in the XStore settings, but it seems that the shop page and category pages use separate settings that do not fully align with each other.

Could you please advise how to display categories on the shop main page and ensure a consistent design across both page types?
Thank you very much for your help.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Rohsel,

    Please check now.

The issue occurred because the “Hide categories with all hidden products” option was enabled under “Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop section” (https://prnt.sc/XK1utCWZhTRn). We have disabled this option, and the product categories are now correctly displayed on your shop page.

Regarding the issue with product hovers, the XStore Archive Products template was enabled for all product archives, but the Shop page was added to the exclude list in template conditions (https://prnt.sc/mi9HZD6-kiyK). As a result, the Shop page layout differed from the category archive layouts.

We have removed the Shop page from the exclusion conditions in your Archive template settings, and the Shop page layout is now consistent with the other product archives (https://prnt.sc/z5GXxRXJqgyc).

For more information about the Archive Products template, please refer to the documentation:
