Dropdown in mobile menu isnt working, anything that I have to change?

    Hi Jack,

    One last question about the mobile menu.
    I have a dropdown for SHOP NU. However this dropdown isnt working anymore. When I click on the dropdown icon, the SHOP NU page will be opened. Anything that I have to change in order to make the dropdown part working again?

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    I will create a new account for you. I deleted the one we had, since I thought that I didnt have any more issues haha.

    I just noticed that the flag dropdown also stopped working. It redirects to the same page “All products”.

    Unfortunately I cannot give this information since more (customers) websites are connected to the hosting. Please tell me what to do or what to check so that I can do this part from my side.

    Hello,

    I experienced same problem – mobile dropdown menu stopped working after I upgraded:
    XStore Core 5.7 -> 5.7.1
    XStore Theme 9.7 -> 9.7.1

    Reverting back to 5.7 / 9.7 fixed problem.

    Hi Arnost & Andrew,

    I think thats the reason it happened to me as well! Because it was working. Never thought about the update.. I updated the theme as well and now the mobile menu dropdown doesnt work anymore.

    Hi Andrew,

    I prefer not to go back to the previous version, because I really need to go online with this website. This is the final issue I have. Did you already find some time to have a look into this matter? Or has anything changed in the theme? Because this doesnt sound like an issue we can solve with FTP access (which I am unable to provide)..
