    Hello Support Team,

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding an issue with image quality on my website.

My website is built on WordPress using WooCommerce and Elementor, and I am currently using optimization plugins such as WP Rocket and Imagify.

At the moment, I am experiencing an issue where product images displayed on the frontend appear **blurred/low quality**, even though the original uploaded images are high-resolution and clear.

Here are the details of the issue:

    * Images look like they are being displayed in a lower resolution (possibly small thumbnails being stretched)
    * The issue occurs on both the homepage and product pages
    * I am using Imagify with **Aggressive compression** (not Ultra)
    * I have already cleared cache (WP Rocket and CDN)

I would like to confirm if there might be any of the following causes:

    1. Image resizing or scaling from the server or theme causing incorrect display resolution
    2. Server/CDN-level optimization (such as image compression, WebP conversion, or other processing) affecting image quality
    3. Issues related to thumbnail generation or image delivery

I would appreciate your help to:

    * Check whether the server/CDN is applying additional compression to images
    * Ensure that images are being served in the correct resolution (not upscaled from smaller sizes)
    * Provide recommendations for optimal settings so images remain sharp while maintaining performance

Here is an example page where the issue occurs:

Thank you very much for your assistance 🙏

    Hello @benedictusdito,

We have reviewed your website as a customer, since you have not yet provided us with temporary wp-admin access. We found that the issue may be caused by an incorrect CDN configuration. We kindly suggest temporarily disabling the CDN on your website, as all your images are currently being loaded from it and may be affected by improper caching. This will allow you to check how the images load directly from the original source on your website.

Additionally, please review the product image settings by following these steps:

    1. Go to “Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Product Images” (depending on your theme).
    2. Set appropriate image dimensions:
    – Main Image Width: typically 600–800px
    – Thumbnail Width: approximately 300–400px
    3. After making these changes, run the “Regenerate Thumbnails” tool to resize all existing product images. You can use the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin for this purpose.
    4. Ensure that your original uploaded images are of good quality but not oversized. For example, 1080×1080px or 1200×1200px works well for shirts. If the source images are too large or have an incorrect aspect ratio, WooCommerce may stretch them.
    5. Finally, clear both your site cache, CDNs and browser cache to confirm that the updated image sizes display correctly.
