    Hello,
I have a DEV environment designed with Elementor and a PROD environment working with WPBakery.
I have been working on DEV (new contents, custom templates and xstore config) and now I would like to move it to PROD.
(Woo’s catalog is different, categories and products).

How can I apply the work done? From DEV to PROD.
    Examples:
    – Copy a new page from DEV and paste/import it on PROD (importing new images too).
    – Export/Import all Elementor templates (header, footer, catalog, product detail, …)

    Thanks.
    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello Javi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In this case, since your development environment is built with Elementor and your production environment uses WPBakery, it is not possible to directly transfer the content or templates between the two, as they are based on different page builders and structures.

If you would like to use the same design and content on your production site, we recommend one of the following approaches:
    – Recreate the pages and templates manually in WPBakery using the same layout and settings as in your Elementor environment.
    – Alternatively, consider switching your production site to Elementor to ensure full compatibility and allow you to export/import templates and pages directly.

Please note that media files (images, etc.) can be transferred using the standard WordPress export/import tools or by copying the uploads folder via FTP.

Should you need further assistance or guidance with this process, please let us know.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Andrew,
I will do the second option, enable Elementor on production.
But, I’m not sure about how to proceed.
For example, I have developed several menus with StaticBlocks (based on your theme https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/ ). But, how should I do to create them as faster and easier as possible? in production environment.

    I’d appreciate your help.
    Thanks.
    Regards,
    Javi.

    Hello @javi_web,

You can refer to the Elementor plugin documentation for detailed instructions on importing and exporting website content, including specific custom post types such as Static Blocks: https://elementor.com/help/import-and-export-elementor-website-templates/.

If you need to export only specific templates from your staging website, you can save the Static Block template from the backend: https://gyazo.com/88f309e5766662ac2684a0dcdd3c4669, and then export the template: https://gyazo.com/285d92ebfdde2f10e1311166dce01bbd.

After that, on your live website, you can import these templates by creating an empty Static Block and selecting the option to import the template: https://gyazo.com/8fef4e1518c7165a236e9ca4affa4692.

    Best regards,
