Minicart full Customization or if this is completlly impossible

Unfortunately, there are no design settings available to customize the content according to your specific requirements. However, you can explore the existing options in “Header Builder → Cart Widget”, where you can enable the product quantity feature and display upsell or cross-sell products in the mini-cart content.

Please note that displaying coupon codes and payment methods would require additional customization, which falls outside the scope of our standard support.
