How to add Xstore Brands to the shop filter?

Hello, I have created several XStore brands and added products to them. Filter by brands does not appear in the shop filter. How can I add it?

Please send us a screenshot and a link to the page with the issue. Also, kindly provide us with access to the FTP and the admin panel.

Thank you for providing access. We have resolved the issue. The problem occurred because some WooCommerce filters work only on the shop page, and in your case, the link to the page did not match the required format.

We have fixed this by updating the permalink settings on your website. The new link to the shop page has been sent to you in the private content.
