there are two custom post types for portfolio which is confusing xstore and my portfolio is not listing anymore. I created portfolio items and now something has changed – i’m hosting on wordpress.com and can’t uninstall jetpack. My investigation show two custom post types – jetpack-portfolio and etheme portfolio. There are two admin items with portfolio and the second, confusingly under woocommerce is showing my content. The other portfolio menu item is showing no posts, which is why portfolios won’t display. Please see attached images. This is urgent. Thanks ps i have tried disabling plugins but no luck!

    Hello, htb,

That’s right, you can’t use two types of the same portfolio at the same time, and since you can’t disable Jetpack, we recommend that you disable the xstore portfolio, for this you need to go to the XStore options -> Portfolio

I can’t remove jetpack but I did figure out that I can disable jetpack portfolio types under settings – writing.
But now I’m left with a bit of a messy portfolio listing screen and it appears under woocommerce. See screen print attached. How can I fix this?
