I am developing a website using the Elementor page builder and XStore theme. I am facing a specific technical issue that occurs only when editing the Home Page; all other pages are working perfectly. Specifically, when I click the arrow to hide the Widget Panel or try to expand it again, the browser completely freezes and displays a ‘Page Unresponsive’ error.”

    Steps Taken So Far:

Increased PHP Memory Limit: The memory limit has been increased to 1024MB via Hostinger hPanel and the wp-config.php file.

Adjusted Editor Settings: I have toggled the ‘Switch Editor Loader Method’ in Elementor settings.

Cleared Cache & Data: I have performed ‘Regenerate CSS & Data’ and cleared both site and server cache.

Reduced Page Content: I significantly reduced the number of widgets on the Home Page, but the issue persists.

    Impact:
“This issue is preventing me from completing the Home Page and is a major obstacle to the website’s development. I need to identify if this is a memory management conflict between the browser and server or a technical conflict between the theme and plugins. I am looking for a permanent technical solution to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Hello, samarasiri,

Hi, at the moment we do not observe this issue. It might be caused by certain browser extensions, such as automatic translators. Such extensions can modify the page code and potentially disrupt its functionality.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version 8.4.8.

Please check whether this resolves the issue. If the problem persists, we recommend reaching out to Elementor’s support team. Based on our review of WooCommerce > Status > Logs > fatal-errors ( https://prnt.sc/j2HWxG4a6mj9 ), the issue appears to be related to the Elementor plugin. You can also verify this under Elementor > Editor > System Info ( https://prnt.sc/i1X7H6roeiSp ).

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
