I started to configure the theme but after going through all the Theme Options, I hadn’t seen anything about the logo or the menu. So, I checked the documentation and saw that those settings are in the AMP plugin. Tried to install it, and it fails. This follows my initial problem (#465672) where the Core Plugin installation failed. See attached. Oddly it shows a green checkmark on the AMP plugin icon, as if it IS installed.

Can you resolve the installation problem for AMP, as well as any other plugins I am going to need?
FYI: I chose this theme because it allows menus with rounded corners, so if that needs another plugin, can you please make sure that installation also works?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

It appears that there may be an issue with the file or folder permissions on your website.

Could you please contact your hosting provider’s support team to have the file permissions corrected first?

For your reference, you can review the following documentation:
    https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/server/file-permissions/

    Best regards,

it would help to know which files/folders are at issue, and what the permissions should be

    Hello, Mary,

Please ensure that the uploads folder has permissions set to 755 or higher. The upgrade folder should also have permissions set to 755.

We were unable to access your website. Kindly make sure that there is no whitelist enabled. If a whitelist is active, please disable it temporarily during the plugin installation.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Both folders have 755 permissions.

Nevermind: I found other area where I could add logo and menu, so the problem is resolved.
