    Hi Team,
I’m working with XTheme and an imported demo. I have configured the Global Typography settings for headings and body text in the Theme Customizer. However, Elementor widgets are maintaining their own font-family styles and are not being overridden by the theme’s globals.
I have tried syncing the settings, but the Elementor CSS seems to take precedence. Is there a specific setting within XTheme or a recommended configuration in Elementor to ensure the theme styles are the primary source?

    Hello, Adrian,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Elementor widgets may apply their own styling, which can override the global typography settings from the theme. To ensure the theme’s global styles are applied, please check the following:

    1. In Elementor → Settings → Style, disable the option Default Colors and Default Fonts. This allows the theme’s global typography to take effect.
    2. Clear both the Elementor and theme caches after making these changes.
    3. If you are using any custom CSS in Elementor or the theme, please verify that it does not include font-family declarations that could override the global settings.

After completing these steps, the theme’s global typography should be reflected across all Elementor widgets.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
