I have major Issues with Header and Footer

There are no header and footer templates as shown in the video tutorials. When I try to add a new template, the page doesn’t load. Elementor asks to enable safe mode to troubleshoot; despite enabling it, the page isn’t loading to make edits.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please go to Elementor > Settings > Features > Flexbox Container > change the value to “Active”, then try to import.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Please update the themes to the latest version and check if the problem is solved after that, if the problem remains, do not give us FTP access.

Additionally, we kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version 8.3.30.

I have installed and activated all the required plugins (including XStore Core and Elementor) and followed the tutorial steps exactly. However, when accessing the header and footer builder/demo templates, the layouts shown in the video are either missing or not loading as expected.

The rest of the theme and demo content seems to be working correctly, so I’m unsure whether this issue is related to:

Theme or plugin version mismatch

Demo import configuration

Elementor settings

Or any additional required setup for headers and footers

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue or let me know if there are any additional steps I might be missing?

I’d be happy to share screenshots, version details, or any other information if required.
