Elementor is crashing and going to safe mode all the time

    Hello, just started working with my xtstore theme on clean wpinstall, having problems with getting the page builder to load it keeps crashing.

    Hosting has 2 CPU Cores @ 5Ghz+ 4GB DDR5 RAM and wp health checks all pass – PHP INI settings attached.

    If you would like to login and try and edit one of the imported posts with elementor you will see the problem.
    Please help

    Hi,

    We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version 8.4.17

    I changed to 8.2 but still not loading, try for yourself on any of the posts.

    To be honest i am getting unhappy with the purchase as it does not work for me, never had so many issues with a theme purchase before from the start. Can’t waste any more time on this bugged theme and need to give up on xstore, contact envato for refund and move to another theme if this keeps up………………….

    So…………..Still having a problem with elementor loading, when i try and edit the static blocks the builder does not load it just says loading and goes no further see image

    Have you changed wp-admin access? We can not log in right now. Please provide us with the correct WP-Admin and FTP access.

    I have requested a refund, i cannot waste any more time on this and need to use another theme. I already have a bad feeling about this. The theme had issues right from the beginning with the page builder loading. Not knowing what else will happen i don’t want to risk building a site only to have more problems in the future.

    The hosting resources are good enough, the WP health checks pass and the theme was installed onto a clean / new wordpress install, so it should have worked “right out of the box”.
