  Hi,

  I am trying to set up my website goatkits.in. But I cannot select the header template. Also when I try to click the settings of connection box, nothing happens.

  Please suggest how to resolve this. I have copied our whole old website to the new domain. Now we want to change the whole look and feel of the same.

  We cannot even remove the existing connection blocks.

  Hello, Zeal

  Please check whether the provided FTP credentials correspond to the specified website. Also, if you have any server-side caching or CDN enabled, we kindly ask you to disable them. The reason is that we do not see the changes we make to the files via FTP – even completely deleted files continue to load.
