Our theme is fully compatible with PHP version 8.2. It is likely that one of the plugins used on your site is causing the issue due to incompatibility.

When we attempt to log in, we encounter a critical error. To identify the cause, please enable the debug mode as described here: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/ or provide us with FTP access so we can investigate further.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Please note that we require FTP access specifically, not cPanel access.

Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.

Currently we get:

Error:         	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:         	Failed to retrieve directory listing
