Variable product variation not working + quantity duplicated (XStore)

Hi Team,

I am facing a serious issue with XStore theme and WooCommerce.

Problem:
– Variable product size is not selectable
– Quantity plus/minus buttons appear twice
– Console error: add-to-cart-variation.js and etheme_et_notice
– admin-ajax.php sometimes returns 500 error

Important:
– The issue does NOT appear when I switch to Twenty Twenty-Four theme
– Issue only happens with XStore theme
– Elementor, WooCommerce, and XStore are updated

What I tried:
– Disabled variation swatches, ajax add to cart, quantity buttons
– Disabled extra plugins
– Cleared cache and regenerated files
– Changed PHP version to 8.0

Please provide a fix or patch for XStore Single Product variation JS conflict.
