Products shown under each other on mobile

Hi guys,

I am so sorry to bother you again, but I am so used to WPBakery instead of Elementor. I am currently creating product pages. On desktop and ipad everything looks fine. But I am struggling with the mobile part. If you go to a shop online on your phone, the products are shown below each other instead of next to each other. With me, the products are shown next to each other and it looks awful haha. I want them under each other (like instagram, you see one photo each time). Where can I find these settings? I couldnt find it in the docs and mobile panel. Normally it goes automatically, but this time it doesnt.

Hello @Denise,

We highly recommend using only one page builder, as using multiple builders may cause conflicts and make additional assets load on each page. If you are using the XStore Elementor Products Grid widget on mentioned page, please note that it includes a column setting that allows you to specify the number of columns for different devices. You can set the value to one column for mobile devices.

If you require our assistance, please provide temporary WP-Admin access and the URL of the page where you are experiencing the issue.
