Woocommerce glitches - by webgod - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

1. I noticed that there is a warning box at the top of each “add Product” and “view products” page in the admin that says “Howdy! Please” with nothing else. I try to close the box with the “x” on the right, but it always comes back.

2. If I’m editing a product, everything works, except “Product Short Description” fails to update. Not sure why

3. There is the Essentials grid on every admin page (including products). All it seems to display is pricing tables, which I’m confused why this is needed on a product add/edit page?

4. Your theme updates don’t always include the recent plugins. My version of Woocommerce is now at 2.2.11, and the newest version is 2.3.5. However, there is a big warning about updating because it’s a major update. Can your theme handle if I update this plugin?

Hello,

1. Please update all required plugins. You can find them at this link:
https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

2. I’ve just tried to update short description of a product and it has been updated successfully.
What exact issues are you experiencing?

3. If you create some grid with Essential Grid plugin http://essential.themepunch.com/documentation/ you can customize it using those settings. More information is in the documentation:
http://essential.themepunch.com/documentation/#grid_item_options

4. You should update Woocommerce plugin as our theme version 1.7 is fully compatible with the latest Woocommerce version.
Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before update!
