Sure! Here is a professional support ticket content you can send (same tone, clear and direct):

**Subject:** Help Needed: Setup Custom Contact Email & Use Same Email in Email Builder

    Hi Support Team,

I need help in setting up a custom email address for my website so I can send and receive customer enquiries properly.

Could you please guide me on the below points:

    1. How can I enable the Contact Form email to send messages to my preferred email address (example: [support@mydomain.com](mailto:support@mydomain.com))?
    2. How can I make sure the same email is used as the **sender email** for notifications and replies?
    3. I am using an email builder/plugin on my website—how can I connect the same custom email there as well?
    4. Do I need to create this email in Hostinger first, or can I use any external email (like Gmail/Outlook)?
    5. If any SMTP settings are required, please share the correct configuration steps.

Please help me configure this properly so I don’t miss any customer messages.

    Thanks,

    Hello @Esavera,

    Thank you for your request.

1/2/ If you are using the Contact Form 7 plugin and need to configure it, please refer to the plugin’s documentation: https://contactform7.com/docs/. Please note that we provide support only for our own projects.

3/ If you are using the built-in Email Builder from our theme, no additional email configuration is required. You should set up your email settings in WooCommerce as described here: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/emails/. These settings will be automatically applied to the templates you create in the builder.

4/ The choice of email address is up to you. You may use any existing email address or create a new one, for example, yourwebsite-admin@gmail.com.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Esavera,

Please ensure that your website’s contact form is configured according to the documentation provided at https://contactform7.com/docs/. If you have verified that everything is set up correctly but still require our assistance, kindly provide temporary wp-admin access. Before sharing, please double-check that the credentials are accurate.

    Hello @Esavera,

After reviewing the configuration of the contact form on your website, we found that the value for the “To” recipient field is set to “admin@test.com” (https://prnt.sc/yEnXoo6RDwRJ). As a result, you will not receive any emails because they are being sent to that address.

We have attached the documentation link that explains each field in detail: https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/. We recommend updating the recipient email address to the correct one you wish to use and then testing the form again.

Additionally, you can find more configuration options here: https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/#to-field. These settings can be adjusted according to your website’s requirements (https://prnt.sc/ZKuY701-T1td).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
