Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Please note that, as we can see from the screenshots, you are searching for the phrase “Metuljček kostum” However, none of your products contain this exact phrase. There is a product (as an example) named “Otroški kostum Mini Metuljček,” which includes these words but not consecutively.
We have confirmed that our AJAX search displays items regardless of the position of the searchable words, while on the search results page, the position of the words affects the results.
We have already forwarded this task for further review and will provide you with feedback as soon as we have a solution.

Thank you for your understanding. We require some additional time to investigate the issue and determine whether a global solution is possible. Please be assured that we will update you as soon as a solution is found.
In the meantime, you may keep the current setup or temporarily disable the AJAX search feature. This will redirect customers to the search results page, where they can refine their search terms if no items are found.

We would like to provide you with an update. After reviewing the settings and code side of search action, we found that the issue occurs only when the “Search by SKU” option is enabled in Header settings. Once this option is disabled (https://prnt.sc/i3SDOhsv5zQY), the products are displayed correctly (https://prnt.sc/BlERa_STPX7j).
As a temporary solution, you may keep this option disabled so that customers can search and find products regardless of word order. In the meantime, we will continue investigating a possible fix for when the “Search by SKU” option is active and will inform you once a global solution is available.
Would this temporary solution with the option disabled be acceptable for you at this time?
