Elementor “Display Conditions” not coming up

Hi. Usually I can sort this. New install. Can’t get the display conditions from elementor to load anything. Everything up to date etc

For some reason it won’t let me add a new topic! On mobile search…coming up with “Trending searches”. Built using customizer. Where do I edit this? Also, why when I have filled a new topic form both title and url goes red and won’t let me send?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
