there were total 18-19 plugins installed on my site, so I deactivated all the plugins all , and tried reactivating them one by one, so after doing this multiple times, i’ve figured out from my end that, as soon as i activate pro elements plugin, there’s sudden increase in my hosting resources, these started 2-3 days back.

    Hello, Adi,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

Unfortunately, we cannot log in using the accesses you provided, please check them and provide the correct credentials. We will also need FTP access. If you do not know how to create them, contact your hosting provider.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, Adi,

Thank you for your patience and for providing the FTP access details. The FTP access is working correctly; however, we have not yet received valid credentials for the administrative panel of your website. Please also provide us with a link to your website.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hello, Adi,

    Thank you for your website.
We have identified that the issue was caused by using plugin version 5.6.3 together with theme version 9.6.4, which resulted in system overload. We have now installed the latest versions – theme 9.6.5 and plugin 5.6.5 – so the load should be reduced.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
