Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Also, for testing purposes, please, temporary disable the CDN and server caching on your web-site and check if the issue persists.

We have reviewed the issue but have not yet found a solution. It appears that an error may have occurred during the product creation or database update process. We kindly suggest following the steps below:

1. Disable the Cloudflare cache, server caches, and any cache plugins installed on your staging website. Then, check if the issue persists.
2. Try removing the affected products and creating the new ones, as the current products may contain an issue that cannot be identified or fixed.

Does this issue occur with only one product, or have you noticed similar problems with other products as well? If it is an isolated case, we recommend removing the problematic items and recreating them from scratch.
