I am experiencing a critical issue with my website where wp-admin is no longer accessible with yunus.ro

According to my hosting provider, the following element is causing continuous loading and hanging processes on the server:

    data-element=”etheme_categories”

They also reported that multiple processes remain open and do not close properly, which leads to high resource consumption and eventually blocks access to wp-admin.

    At the moment:

    wp-admin does not load

the issue seems directly related to etheme_categories

the problem appeared without manual changes on my side

    Could you please advise:

Which XStore module or file is responsible for etheme_categories

How this module can be safely disabled from server/FTP level

If this is a known issue related to WooCommerce categories, AJAX loading, or recent updates

Whether there is a recommended fix or patch for this behavior

I am available to provide logs or temporary access if needed.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Marian Tanasie,

If you have access to your FTP account, please modify the following file:
    plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/shortcodes/categories.php

Make the following change around line 88:
    $atts['ajax'] = false;

    Example: https://prnt.sc/PFdR5uc-jDjk

After that, open the page editor and disable the “Lazy Loading” option in the corresponding widget.

If you require our assistance, please provide us with temporary FTP access in the private content section.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
