No Quantity Discounts view product page - by sampanis

Hi, I have activated it Quantity Discounts.

I have the following problem when I have a quantity in the product code it does not display the discounts correctly. For example for a product with availability 1, if I have a 5% discount from 2 to 5 in the product quantity it does not appear at all (d1.jpg). If I have a product with a quantity of 7 in my warehouse. And I have a 5% discount from 2-5, and 10% from 6-10, it displays the first option normally and the second option gives me the possibility of a discount up to the actual availability number, a 10% discount for option 6-7, and not up to 10 that I have set (d3.jpg). If for example I have an actual quantity of 5 pieces, it only displays the 5% discount, and does not display the 10% discount (d2.jpg). How can we bypass this malfunction and regardless of the actual quantity the discounts appear. When I do not have availability but I have the backolder option they appear normally. When I have the out of stock option the discounts do not appear at all, correct here too. The problem I have is with the actual availability.

I want to buy salesmax, but this problem needs to be resolved.

Thanks for using XStore.

Our current quantity discount feature applies only to the quantities available in stock. Therefore, the quantity options are displayed only for products that have sufficient stock. If a product is out of stock, this feature will not appear on the product page. As you mentioned, if the selected quantity exceeds the maximum available stock, it is automatically limited to that maximum value.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to implement the functionality you requested, as we continuously strive to optimize our code. The requested feature would require numerous additional conditions to check actual stock quantities, backorder availability, and other related factors.

If you would like to implement such functionality, keep noted that it requires custom development, which is outside Envato’s support policy. To get it done properly and on time, please submit it to our trusted partner WP Kraken.
