Quantity keeps changing based on user login

    When a user logs into the site we have heard reports that they are seeing different product stocks. We had a report of a customer logging in and only seeing 4 products, logging in and out and it moving to 6 then again and moving to 19. After a while and now its showing the right product stock level

    What is going on here. On testing myself on multiple browsers and devices I can see the stock properly every time but we need to validate on our customers behalf

    It is quite difficult to understand the issue, as the customer may be describing something that is not related to the actual stock but rather to dynamic content. Since you have also tested it and did not notice any issues, could you please ask the customer to provide a video demonstrating the problem, if possible? This would allow both you and us to review it more accurately. After that, we can determine whether the source of the issue lies within the theme options or if it might be related to a cache problem on the customer’s device.

    it’s still not happened in front of me, and I’ve tried to get proof but no one’s managed to get it. is there any way that this can be looked over and if anything that could be messing stock can be checked

    With all due respect, since you were unable to reproduce the issue and provide us with the steps to replicate it on our end, we are currently unable to offer a solution. We believe the problem may be related to a caching reconfiguration process on your website or other actions performed on your server.
