Hi, I am changing the order of the sections on the home page that alternate grey / white, and I have 2 problems:

    1) Background color full width issues: I can copy the grey background color and apply it to a previously white section (see slider as first section on home page) but I cannot work out how to make the background color go full width like the original first section.

    2) Grey Section padding: I also notice that the original grey sections seem to have slightly less padding at the top (I assume for the first section so it’s closer to the menu bar) but I don’t know how to change the padding so they are consistent.

I want to keep the grey section backgrounds full width, and alter the padding, but I want to do this to any section order I change, can you please help? Thanks

    Hello @Simon,

As you can see, the full-width section uses custom CSS that allows it to stretch without the need for additional JavaScript scripts: https://prnt.sc/cPHXvSFHhjOo. We have applied the same custom CSS to the first section, and it is now stretched as well: https://gyazo.com/d6f8016067f4280398f4618a247ed07a.

Thank you, i will be able to copy the css then.

What about the padding (top / bottom). On the original template the grey section with the 3 columns is very close to the header menu, yest when I put the slider section at the top there is a big white space of padding between it and the header menu. Is that part of that same custom css, can I reduce that padding?

    Hello @Simon,

Many sections on pages have custom margins or padding. If you would like to adjust the order of certain sections, you can also modify their margins as shown here: https://prnt.sc/zChXIfOXae9y. You may either set the value to 0 or clear the input fields to reset them.
