Hello @Ole H. Lyth,
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
Kind regards,

Hi Jack.
I can’t create a new user, that’s one of the problem.

Hello @Ole H. Lyth,
In this case, please contact your hosting provider, as there appears to be an issue on the server side or with the .htaccess file on your server. Unfortunately, without access to the WordPress admin panel, we are unable to assist you further with your request.
Best regards,

Hello @Ole H. Lyth,
We have checked the possibility of creating a new customer, and it is indeed possible from the backend area: https://prnt.sc/BH2lAEQLns2P, https://prnt.sc/CSTOGOX_MgSm.
Additionally, we updated the XStore theme and XStore Core plugin via FTP access, as updates were not permitted directly from the backend. During this process, we discovered that the issue might be related to the WordPress installation. We attempted to reinstall WordPress on your website (https://prnt.sc/2lCDjYWS-jt2), but the issue persists.
We also found that the main problems are connected to scripts not loading in the backend, including default WordPress files from the wp-includes folder (for example, wp-includes/js/dist/i18n.min.js or wp-admin/js/common.min.js). This may be caused by the PHP version currently installed on your website.
We kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider and downgrade the PHP version to 8.2 or 8.1 instead of 8.4.14, as the latter is not yet fully supported by WordPress (https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/references/php-compatibility-and-wordpress-versions/) and most plugins and check for other possible reasons of such issues.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hi Jack.
Hmm., I couldn’t create new users and wp was behaving strange…
I still have problems with the site after going to PHP 8.1.
But I will see if WP comes with an update that can help.
Thanks for updating theme and Xcore.
Regards Ole
