    Hello,

Could you please let us know which sample demo you have installed? We would be happy to assist you with the installation.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide temporary WP-Admin and FTP access.

For WP-Admin access, kindly create a new user account with the Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is created, please share the username and password with us securely via the Private Content section.

For FTP access, we will need the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you require assistance in creating these credentials, please contact your hosting provider, who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

There is “Class “DOMDocument” not found” error. This is not directly related to the theme or plugin, but rather to the PHP configuration on the server.

The message “Class “DOMDocument” not found” indicates that the PHP DOM extension, which is part of the php-xml package, is not installed or enabled on the server.
As a result, the import of XML files fails with a fatal error.

    Summary:
    – The error occurs due to the missing DOMDocument (php-xml) extension.
    – This is a server-side issue, not a theme bug.
    – Once the php-xml extension is enabled, the import will work correctly.

Please contact your hosting provider to resolve this issuem and let us know the results.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
