    Hello @Berk,

We have noticed that many customers are experiencing the same issue, which appears to be unrelated to the theme used on the website.

Based on the feedback and solutions shared by customers who have consulted with WooCommerce support and their hosting providers, we have summarized the possible solutions as follows:

    1. One customer (https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/1nl1zd2/comment/nti6ss2/) mentioned that, in their understanding, the problem originates from WooCommerce and is amplified by Hostinger.
    2. Another customer (https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/1nl1zd2/comment/nhyh4jo/) resolved the issue by deactivating certain options in their hosting configuration: https://gyazo.com/cf455aa3a7f24303dc65aca486665d7b.

In summary, the issue seems to occur primarily for customers whose websites are hosted on Hostinger, and it appears to be related to Hostinger’s caching system. Disabling the two mentioned options in the HPanel seems to have resolved the problem for some users. More information can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/1nl1zd2/comment/nkvhmiq/.

We would appreciate your feedback regarding these solutions and our suggestions. Additionally, we recommend contacting your hosting provider with this information, as the issue does not appear to be related to the theme (https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/1nl1zd2/comment/nnin487/) but rather to the hosting environment on Hostinger servers.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
