Hello, SMALLOZ,
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team

Dear @SMALLOZ,
We kindly ask you to temporarily disable all CDNs installed on your website and check if the issue persists. We have also noticed that your website appears to be using multiple CDN configurations, which may be causing conflicts: https://prnt.sc/ExZ8XwdcZa-b. Using multiple providers can sometimes create inconsistent user experiences, as different CDN providers may perform differently under various conditions.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

As you guide, we disabled all CDN, but still same issue is there. Kindly chk the attached screenshot with time stamp
Hello @SMALLOZ,
We have identified that the issue may be caused by the custom location of the XStore theme, which was placed inside another folder (see: https://prnt.sc/I0xAXhecMW8A). We also attempted to temporarily switch your website’s theme to the default Storefront theme for testing purposes. However, due to the incorrect structure mentioned above, fatal errors occurred even when both the XStore theme and XStore Core were disabled.
We kindly ask you to either correct the structure of the parent XStore theme or allow us to assist you in resolving this issue.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

i am not a tech-person, hence, it is requested to implement the required changes, however, no sales process should hamper, kindly make sure.
Hello @SMALLOZ,
Could you please confirm whether we have your permission to implement such changes on your website? We are not certain about the method you use for the demo import process, but it appears that the location of the theme files was selected incorrectly, either manually or during the archive extraction process.

Jack Richardson

plz go ahead
Still the same issues, plz find attached screenshot with time stamp for ur reference
Hello @SMALLOZ,
We apologize for the delay in our response. During the migration process, we encountered several difficulties while trying to preserve your existing settings and layout. Any incorrect action caused critical errors on your website due to the improper location of the theme folder. Additionally, your server’s response time was quite slow, even though all configuration settings appeared to be correct (see: https://prnt.sc/nXMxTrPetpk0). This slow response extended the time required to complete the process.
We have now replaced the necessary folders, and you may check the results. There are still a few remaining folders on your server that you can ask your hosting provider to remove using a tool or command, rather than deleting them manually via FTP.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

issue still not resolved, pfa screenshot with time stamp
Hello @SMALLOZ,
We have noticed that this issue occurs only for customers who are not logged in, while the products display correctly for logged-in users (https://prnt.sc/NoIsj3XqAyni). Based on the following article: https://www.liquidweb.com/wordpress/woocommerce/not-showing-products-shop-page/, we have tried most of the suggested solutions, but they do not appear to apply to your case.
Could you please temporarily disable the Archive Product Builder and test again? This will help us determine whether the issue is related to the builder code or another cause. To disable the builder, you can simply set empty conditions as shown here: https://prnt.sc/WZZOkDPFm7AP.
Additionally, we kindly ask you to check this issue with your hosting provider, as it might be related to server caching that we have not yet identified.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @SMALLOZ,
We have analyzed and noticed that many customers are experiencing the same issue using other themes, which appears to be unrelated to the theme used on the website.
Based on the feedback and solutions shared by customers who have consulted with WooCommerce support and their hosting providers, we have summarized the possible solutions as follows:
1. One customer (https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/1nl1zd2/comment/nti6ss2/) mentioned that, in their understanding, the problem originates from WooCommerce and is amplified by Hostinger.
2. Another customer (https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/1nl1zd2/comment/nhyh4jo/) resolved the issue by deactivating certain options in their hosting configuration: https://gyazo.com/cf455aa3a7f24303dc65aca486665d7b.
In summary, the issue seems to occur primarily for customers whose websites are hosted on Hostinger, and it appears to be related to Hostinger’s caching system. Disabling the two mentioned options in the HPanel seems to have resolved the problem for some users. More information can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/1nl1zd2/comment/nkvhmiq/.
We would appreciate your feedback regarding these solutions and our suggestions. Additionally, we recommend contacting your hosting provider with this information, as the issue does not appear to be related to the theme (https://www.reddit.com/r/woocommerce/comments/1nl1zd2/comment/nnin487/) but rather to the hosting environment on Hostinger servers.
Best regards,

again same issues
Hello @SMALLOZ,
Based on the discussions attached, we can confidently conclude that the issue originates on the Hostinger and WooCommerce side. Several customers using different themes on their websites are experiencing the same problem, that means the issue is not directly related to our specific theme. As you can see from their responses, some of these customers have already contacted their hosting support, who confirmed that the issue lies on their end and requires certain patches to be implemented in their code. Please refer to the following link for more details: https://prnt.sc/3BiDpkCA1hga.
Additionally, there are a few related bug reports on the official WooCommerce GitHub page:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/61799
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/61788
Thanks for your understanding and respecting our support time. Once you contact to your hosting provider and they give you a feedback regarding the incompatible issue as many customers discovered, please, update us with new details so we could understand at what stage of fixing such issue Hostinger is on.
Kind regards,
Jack Richardson
