Can we change how the product filter works ? We seems to use “and” we have 4K products on our shop and it’s hard to filter down products.
Or do you a suggestion of product filter plugin that I can add to your site that works well?

Can we change the loop template inside a
category? If a field is not the can we add it?

I want to change the list view? How can I do it?

    Thanks for your help

    Hello @Dominic Legare,

WooCommerce product filters allow customers to browse products according to their preferences. By adding this functionality, you enhance the shopping experience and make it easier for users to find what they need. Our built-in filter widgets cover the main requirements for a basic store, including the query type (OR or AND → https://prnt.sc/FlcnGpOEkl4h). If you require specific functionality for some theme widgets, please clarify your request so that we can check the possibility of implementation.

Some of our customers have successfully used the following plugins (please note that the choice depends on various factors such as the number of products, filters, server resources, etc.):
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-ajax-filters/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/
    https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-product-filter/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-product-filter/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/filter-everything/

If you need specific settings for certain widgets from our theme, please provide detailed information about which widgets you would like us to improve.

Regarding modifications to product templates for specific categories, you can create multiple archive product templates using Conditions functionality with different page layouts and product designs. More information is available in our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

If you would like to make the layout of your products on the archive product page more customizable, you can also explore the functionality of the Loop Builder:
    https://elementor.com/blog/introducing-the-loop-builder/

Please note that we do not provide customization services through our support forum. However, we can guide you with suggestions on how to implement certain features or show you the settings of specific widgets.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

When you click on the list, it will appear a custom loop template and when you click on the other like 3 or 4 you have an other loop grid template.
    Thank you for your help

    Hello @Dominic Legare,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create a separate custom product design using the Elementor Loop Builder. You can either apply the same design to both grid and list layouts or continue using the default product layout provided by our theme.

    Hello @Dominic Legare,

As you are using the XStore Archive Products widget on the Shop page, you can configure the product design once for both grid and list layouts. Depending on the selected view, the product content will automatically adjust to either the list or grid design, including all elements you have enabled globally in the product content settings.

To customize the grid/list selector, please open the Products Archive Builder under Dashboard → XStore Builders, and locate the Grid/List Switcher widget: https://prnt.sc/uUdwBn2aAcQM.

    Best regards,
