    Hi. I have to little problems with the Cart and Checkout pages
    CART PAGE issues: img1
    1. I´ve been trying to modify the text on the Redeem Coupon button, right now it says “ACUERDO” which is OK in Spanish, i would like to change that to “APLICAR” (Apply in Spanish) i´ve changed the value on the cart.php for that button from OK to APPLY, but it does not work. I´ve already cleared the cache but it is not updating the text.

    2. in the Total review to the right, there is a “FREE SHIPPING” text that is not translating. I´ve looked everywhere on the theme editor, but did not found value field for that text. It should say “Envío Gratis”.

    1.The Billing and Shipping summaries, the email info, is out of the div around the info, it is possible to increase the size of those divs to 50% of the full width of the layout, for visual purposes, or at least wide enough to cover the whole info or if its possible to decrease the font size of the email specifically.

    I am granting you access to my site to check this issues. I also like to ask if its possible to just give a quick look to my whole site…sometimes the website load quite slow, sometimes even the site get stocked loading and i need to reload the site in order for the website to fully load the page. Sometimes when i am navigating through the site, when i click a producto category or a single product, the page load again to slow, images render so slow and again i need to reload the page to get a proper load on screen. It also happend on. the back end o the wordpress dashboard while navigating throung my pages, i tried to edit an elementor page and it gets stocked while trying to acces the elementor builder, and sometimes it will ask to access the safe mode in order to be able to edit the page……and then suddenly eveything goes back to normal. Hope the support team can access my site and just give it a look to see if everything is ok.

    Hello, Razland,

    We have noticed that the link to your WordPress administrator page has been changed. The wp-admin address redirects to a 404 page, and we are therefore unable to log in to your site.

    Hi, if you check the site right now you can see it takes a little bit of time to upload while switching between categories or just by navigating.

    I also like to address another problem it has been presenting since march……While we are trying to upload products suddenly the site crashes and presents an error that says “Too many request” and the site can be accessed nor the WordPress administrator. Lately it only happened around 10PM-12PM (Mexico’s hour). I have already contacted my hosting and they said the problem is due to a high level of processes, occurring in a short amount of time (i am attaching an image the hosting provider sent me) I already tried a couple of solutions, changing my login address, disable the xmlrpc file. But the problem keeps happening.

    I’ve read through the forum and other people had already have this issue. But you guys recommend to contact the hosting provider, but they said is because of the high level of processes, and addressing this usually is due to a plugin or script. That is why i’ve asked you guys if can take a look at my site. Or maybe you can identify a problem in the image sent by my hosting provider.

    Hello, Razland,

    We have reviewed your logs and noticed that the requests are related to automatic database monitoring and the recording of corresponding reports in log files. Since this activity occurs regularly at the same time, we recommend checking whether there are any automated processes on your server associated with this, and also disabling any plugins that include monitoring functionality.
