The new category that I added (heavy duty tables) does not appear in the drop down menu in the horizontal black bar. How can I add it? It supposed to go under stainless tables, then work tables

    Hello @Rich Kil,

To organize WooCommerce product categories on your shop, you can use the built-in drag-and-drop feature under “Products > Categories” to set the default display order. Alternatively, you may use plugins such as “Sort Products” to arrange categories by name, price, sales, or other criteria, or manually reorder products within categories using drag-and-drop for a custom layout.

The main method involves navigating to “Products > Categories”, locating the desired category, and dragging it to the preferred position. This determines how categories are displayed on your shop pages. For more details, please refer to the following documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#sort-and-reorder-categories.

Regarding the newly added category not appearing in the dropdown, we could not locate the category you created: https://prnt.sc/vLIpw8Iu7PbQ. However, after adding another test category https://prnt.sc/qvyzyRGBRml9), it also did not appear in the dropdown because no products were assigned to it. Once products were added to the category https://prnt.sc/sTzBWVvw78Lo, the category became visible in the dropdown https://prnt.sc/YqURH5KkNJEe.
