Displaying headers on mobile and desk top problems

I created this topic yeterday and I thought it had been resolved. And in a way it has headers are now showing on both desktop and mobile which is great. However the header showing on the mobile is not the one that I created using the xstore header builder.
Can you take a look and let me know what I have done wrong?

Hello,

You have created two templates and assigned them to the entire site, which has caused a conflict. Only one template can be correctly assigned to the whole site. Therefore, you need to configure a single template for the entire site with the required options for both desktop and mobile versions.

To see how this works on our demos, you can import a demo header into a new template and immediately check its settings for desktop and mobile.

Perfect thanks for the explanation. I have done that and it’s almost as I want it.
If you have a look at the image attached, is there anyway to get the logo in the center and leave the menu on the right.
I have tried changing the settings but don’t seem to be able to get it centered.

OK thanks. Thats not really worked it just looks lit it has been stretched rather than centered.
On another note please see the image attached where do I edit the Categories that are on the menu I can’t find it anywhere.

very helpfull.
So for the categories I could cahnge this to a menu and build a menu to show what I want. If thats correct then no problem I can do this.
As for this image https://gyazo.com/eb0165e4d5151cd23a6c282ec3b83a33 showing the header with the logo centered That might look OK but I am thinking of having the log at top and the bar at the bottom.
The page that image was taken from is that a page where I can edit the mobile layout? I think I have seen it somwhere before but can’t remember how to get to it. Can you let me have the path to it so I can find it agin a have a look.
