    No, these login details are correct. I tried to create an FTP account for you, but i dont know how to do that, so i loaded the plugin WP File Manager, which should allow you to access the cPanel.

    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,

    Could you please clarify how to locate this issue on your website? Does the problem occur when opening the Elementor editor for any page, or are specific actions required to reproduce it? At the moment, all pages appear to be loading correctly without any issues.

    We have also reviewed the error log on your website and noticed multiple errors related to a third-party plugin — User Spam Remover (https://prnt.sc/5b69qFhQ2NBi).

    Regarding the creation of FTP access, if you need assistance in setting up these credentials, please contact your hosting provider, who will guide you through the process. Making file modifications through the mentioned plugin may result in fatal errors if any syntax mistakes occur, so we kindly ask you to provide valid FTP credentials if any changes are required from our side.

    If the issue occurs only when opening the Elementor editor, please refer to the solutions provided in Elementor’s official documentation: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-widget-panel-not-loading/, https://elementor.com/blog/error-503/.

    Hi Jack,

    Yes, I have removed most plugins which I believe we can do without. However, even after removing these plugins and running a DB cleanup as well as re installing wordpress i still get this 503 error by just navigating around the website. According to my hosting provider, they suggested that i contact you. “We recommend contacting a developer to address these content and database-related issues”

    I have another website which is on a shared server, unlike this website which is on a dedicated server, and i am very concerned about the speed of this website, valleyviewfarm.co.za My other website is fast, whereas this one is very slow. I have even removed the (Home Screen) slideshow (revolutionary slider plugin) to see if that will speed up the website, but nothing seems to improve its performance.

    We closed for December, and i was even thinking of redoing the website using another one of your templates from scratch. If you believe that this is a good idea, can you recommend a good template?

    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,

    The HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error indicates that the server is currently unable to handle the request.

    This issue commonly occurs when the server is undergoing maintenance or is overloaded. During maintenance, administrators may temporarily redirect all traffic to a 503 page, or this may happen automatically during software updates. In cases of overload, some server-side applications may return a 503 status when resource limits such as memory, CPU, or connection pool thresholds are reached. Rejecting incoming requests in this way helps prevent the server’s resources from being exhausted and avoids more serious failures. If requests from specific clients are being limited due to rate restrictions, the appropriate response code is 429 Too Many Requests.

    For more information, please refer to the following article: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Reference/Status/503

    Regarding the migration to another server, we believe it could be beneficial to move your website to a server with a better configuration, even without rebuilding its content. To proceed, please contact your hosting provider for assistance with this request.

    Please note that we can assist you with questions related to our products; however, in our opinion, this issue appears to be related to the server configuration. If your hosting provider believes that the issue is connected to our theme or plugin, we kindly ask them to provide supporting information confirming this.

    To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, please refer to the following example:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/ev9tp94xax?form_factor=desktop
    As shown, our theme can achieve a score of 80+ on mobile and 90+ on desktop, which is an exceptional result for an e-commerce theme.

    We kindly recommend reviewing the following points for your website:

    – Optimize all images (use modern formats such as WebP and ensure proper compression)
    – Configure a caching plugin (for example, WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

    All these factors have a significant impact on website speed and overall performance.

    Please note that performance optimization is beyond the scope of our support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy.

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    I’m still experiencing issues with a 503 error, and now I’m also encountering “Page Unresponsive” errors. My hosting provider has asked me to find out what version of the database should be used for this theme. They mentioned, “Regarding the MySQL version update, we noticed that the current version on the server is **10.5.29-MariaDB**.”

    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,

    Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you are still encountering the 503 and “Page Unresponsive” errors.

    Regarding your question about the database version, our theme is compatible with the latest stable versions of MySQL and MariaDB supported by WordPress. Version 10.5.29-MariaDB should function properly, provided that your WordPress installation and server configuration meet the recommended requirements.

    Could you please let us know what response you received from your hosting provider regarding the errors occurring on your website? As we mentioned earlier, these issues are not directly related to the theme but are likely connected to your server’s resources or configuration.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hi Jack,
    Just to let you know, I saw this tab, “Speed Optimisation”, and updated a few settings there, and it seems the website has improved somewhat. The only thing I wasn’t sure of is what i was setting, a lot of these terms don’t mean much to me, but Lazy Loads was one of them, and AJAX was another. At least I can navigate around the website without continually getting 503 errors and the page being unresponsive.

    Hi there, with regard to the 503 error, here is what my hosting provider suggested i do:
    Hi there,

    We could see that the domain valleyviewfarm.co.za has been hitting the PHP_FPM_LIMITS_HIT threshold. This is likely the reason the website intermittently fails to load, as the account is exceeding its allocated PHP-FPM resources.

    We recommend that you consult with your website developer to optimise the website’s PHP processes and database queries. High resource usage is commonly caused by inefficient queries, outdated plugins, or theme-related issues.

    Please also review the relevant log entries below for reference:

    ~~~
    23-Feb-2026 04:59:07 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “animated_hearts” in /home/vallefhj/public_html/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/packages/xstore-wishlist/xstore-wishlist.php on line 195
    I have disabled the “wishlist” feature in the customiser screen but i still have extremely slow response times.
    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,
    We kindly ask you to verify the access details before sharing them with us, in order to make the best use of our support time. The credentials provided are still incorrect.
    We also recommend addressing the issues step by step. Additionally, we have noticed that the notices appear to be outdated, so it is possible that these PHP notices were only displayed temporarily on your website.
    I just tested the “edit and add” function for new products. It now works in Google Chrome (even though it didn’t when I tested it previously), but it still does not work in Microsoft Edge.
    The other issues you’re referring to come from the cPanel error logs provided by my hosting provider (Afrihost). I’ve repeatedly asked them to investigate the ongoing 503 errors and extremely slow response times on the website. They have stated that nothing appears wrong with the server itself and that the PHP settings are already at the maximum allowed by my hosting package.
    They suggested that I contact the theme developers, as they may be able to optimize the website’s performance to resolve these problems.
    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,
    We recommend using modern browsers such as Google Chrome, as some scripts may not function correctly in Microsoft Edge or similar browsers.
    We would be glad to assist you with the 503 errors; however, we need to understand the cause of the issue first based on latest server logs. In most cases, such errors are related to server settings (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Reference/Status/503). Since your hosting provider is unable to assist with this matter or provide us with any logs explaining the slowdown of your website, we are also unable to investigate further. Our theme is fully optimized and does not contain any heavy code that could trigger a 503 error.
    Additionally, as you are using a caching plugin, we recommend reviewing its settings. It is possible that either you or the caching plugin modified certain values in the .htaccess file on your server, which could be causing the issue.
    Jack Richardson
    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,
    Thank you for providing access. We have reviewed the log file and found that the warnings recorded there are not responsible for the 503 error on your website. We recommend checking the active plugins on your site, as having too many active plugins (currently around 37) may cause this issue.
    We also suggest reviewing the following article on the support forum, which addresses a similar case: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/503-and-the-usual-methods-dont-work-help-please/.
    I’ve successfully added the new products using Chrome, and I’ll stick to this browser going forward. I’ll reach out if I run into any other issues.
    I will also review all the plugins and see which ones i can uninstall.
    Just on a side issue: On my Shop page i once added in the Categories to make them appear on the Shop page using elementor but i am now battling to find where i managed to do this.
    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,
    It appears that you have configured the following settings in the WooCommerce Product Catalog section: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-customizer/product-catalog/.
    There, you can choose to display either product categories or only products on your shop page.
    Hi there,
    No, this is not where i saw the change i made to include categories on my Shop Page. It was a field where one could select a + sign, which then displayed a drop-down of all your categories.
    A second issue i am now experiencing is that I have now lost the Buy Now button on my Single Product screen, even though we have the product in stock.
    Hello @Valley View Farm Dairy,
    You can find these settings in the “Spotlight Categories” widget: https://prnt.sc/aHH3j-AT6JDW. However, this widget is currently not included in the content of your shop page.
    You may also find similar settings in the “Sidebar” widget: https://prnt.sc/oGEDFww5UWA6.
    We recommend using the widgets search function to locate the specific widget you need. Please check the following options as well: https://prnt.sc/a17lqTTK4uEX.
    Regarding the issue with the “Buy Now” button not appearing on your single product page, the “Catalog Mode” option is currently enabled and applies to both logged-in and guest customers: https://prnt.sc/EZPMDIT_ZzBH. Once this option is disabled, the buttons will display correctly on your single product page: https://prnt.sc/hPnlXUfQMi-x.
    I don’t see where one can disable the drop-down. i get the options “Products, Categories, and Products and Categories” are the only choices i have. I see now why i use MS Edge, as one is able to take a screenshot, which Google Chrome does not have this feature. So i think we refering to different places.
    The second issue of the Add to Cart button or Buy Now button i also cannot find where you are referring to, as I don’t have a Catalogue Mode
