Product not sorting from lowest price in product grid

We understand that you are using the Products Grid widget with a list of product IDs and would like to sort them by price (lowest to highest). Currently, the sorting options in the Products Grid widget are available only when the data source is set to “All Products.” When using a custom list of product IDs, the sorting is based on the order of the IDs entered, and the sorting by price option is not applied.

We appreciate your feedback and will forward your suggestion to our development team for consideration in future updates. In the meantime, you can manually adjust the order of the product IDs to achieve your preferred display order.

Could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access to the website containing these products, as well as the URL of the page where the widget is displayed? This will allow us to review possible solutions, adjust the settings, and upload the updated version to your website so that you can check the results on the frontend.

Thank you for providing the credentials. The dashboard login access is working correctly; however, the FTP access details appear to be incorrect. We have attached the error log in the private content for your reference.

In the meantime, we have uploaded the improved version of our Products Grid using the wp-admin access. It would be preferable if you could provide the correct FTP credentials for safety uploads of such improves.

Unfortunately, our IP addresses are dynamic, so it would be preferable to allow us to connect without IP restrictions. If you have tested the update and would like us to apply the same improvements to other websites, please provide wp-admin access details and the necessary permissions to implement these changes.

This improvement will be included either in the upcoming update or in the following one. We are currently in the final stages of preparing our next release, which will be available within the next few hours. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that this enhancement will be part of the upcoming update. However, if you update the archive on your website, we will upload our improvements if needed .
