Hello @Omar Quddam,
Could you please provide us with the URL of the product where the incorrect count is displayed, as well as temporary wp-admin access in the private content section?
Please note the following:
1. The count is displayed according to the timeframe set in the Booster settings. For example, if you selected to show the count based on the last 2 hours or 1 day, the number may differ from the all-time total.
2. The count is also calculated based on the latest 100 orders with the status “completed” or “processing.”
3. This feature uses cache for output content based on your configured settings, so you may need to check again after a day.
Best regards,

Hello @Omar Quddam,
After reviewing the issue, we noticed that you have set the time interval for checking purchased products to 11 minutes (https://prnt.sc/8CO9cPrq-gjW). Therefore, it is expected that the widget is not displayed, as there have been no completed orders within the last 11 minutes.
After we adjusted the settings (https://prnt.sc/P7hB9LVjF9Gr) and reviewed a product from one of the completed orders (#18439 – https://prnt.sc/Ho50XTD-MBed), the widget correctly displayed the number of purchased items on the frontend (https://prnt.sc/cyBMDlHtu9wX). The URL of this product is provided in the private content.
We kindly ask you to review the information we previously shared, adjust your booster settings accordingly, and verify the widget content on the appropriate products.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
