Categories do not contain products, yet they still appear in this form and affect the actions when selecting any category

Hello @hesham,

Please try adding the following snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file:

add_filter('woocommerce_layered_nav_count_maybe_cache', '__return_false'); add_filter('etheme_widget_product_categories_cache', '__return_false');

If the issue persists, kindly provide temporary wp-admin access so that we can check and resolve the problem.
