Inquiry Regarding the Theme’s Default Layout and Appearance

    please check the attached screenshot — is this the normal default appearance of the theme?
    I would like to confirm whether the theme is supposed to look like this by default, or if I am required to design and customize it myself.

    Your clarification would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    From your screenshot, we can see that an error occurred during the demo content import. Most likely, this happened due to a third-party plugin that is currently active on your site.

    Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and then import the demo content.
    We kindly ask you to deactivate all plugins and, during the import process, activate only those that are absolutely necessary.

    Should you wish to perform the import process independently, please ensure to remove the previously imported demo content https://prnt.sc/OhdZLlrEFq5g before importing the desired version via XStore > Import demos.

    Should the issue persist, please do not hesitate to contact us again and provide temporary WP-Admin access. It is very important to temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins prior to importing the demo content, as they may interfere with the process.

    Please check the attached screenshots of all my installed plugins. I have followed all the recommended steps, including reinstalling the required plugins, deactivating unnecessary ones, and trying the demo import multiple times. However, the issue is still occurring.

    I kindly request your assistance as soon as possible and hope you can help me find a quick solution to this problem.

    Hello @Manal Salah,

    Based on your screenshots, it appears that the demo import process was performed multiple times. As a result, the menu items were added repeatedly with the same slugs, which may have created multiple pages such as Home, About Us, and Contact Us.

    Could you please confirm whether you imported the demos several times? If not, could you let us know when this issue occurred (for example, after refreshing the page or through another action)?

    If you allow us to access the backend (please provide temporary wp-admin credentials in the private area), we can reset all your content and attempt a fresh import. Kindly confirm your permission for us to proceed with this process.

    Hello @Manal Salah,

    Could you please temporarily disable the CDN on your website and check if the issue persists? We have noticed that you are currently using Hostinger CDN. Additionally, if you have any other caching mechanisms enabled on your website, please disable them as well and test again.

    If the issue continues, kindly provide FTP access in the private content section.

    Hello,

    First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for your attention and continuous support.

    I would like to clarify that I am doing my best to handle the website and theme settings on my own. I have tried most of the available options and followed the setup steps as much as possible. However, there are some steps that I was unable to complete successfully, despite multiple attempts.

    Please refer to the attached screenshots, which show that some issues are still present. Although I tried to fix them myself, the problems remain unresolved. At this point, I am not sure whether the issue is caused by the theme itself or if the theme settings are too complex to manage easily.

    I kindly ask for your help in resolving the theme issues in a proper and permanent way, so that I won’t need to contact support every couple of days.

    Thank you for your request. Could you please describe each of your attachments in more detail? At the moment, we are unable to clearly understand the issues shown there (for example, the screenshot of the “Additional Information” section on the single product tabs).

    Regarding the header overlap issue on the “My Account” page shown in your screenshot, we have tested this page for both logged-in and non-logged-in users, and it is displayed correctly (please see the attached video in the private content). However, we noticed that you currently have the “Header Overlap” option enabled for your header, which might cause the issue in certain browsers. You can disable this option or create multiple headers for specific pages (such as Account, Wishlist, Cart, etc.) with this setting turned off.     As for the styling issue in your footer menu items, we have tested this across multiple browsers and did not encounter the same problem: https://prnt.sc/OZyATOpnwVVU. The issue may appear on your side if you are still using CDN caching (for example, the Hosting CDN currently active on your website). Please try clearing the cache or temporarily disabling it while developing your website.
