    Hi

Elementor Cloud Library is still loading even when removed via MU-plugin using the elementor/modules/active_modules filter at priority 0.

Does XStore or Pro Elements force-load Elementor modules before MU-plugins run, or override module activation?

If so please clarify which as it appears that Pro Elements force-loads modules differently and thus we are getting many errors – see private for example:

    Thanks

    Hello @Niddy

We’ve reviewed your request and it requires custom development, which is outside Envato’s support policy. Your request is not related to our theme bugs as you would like to modify the Elementor functionality that is another project from other developers. To get it done properly and on time, please submit it to our trusted partner WP Kraken.

We’re confident this will help – hope you can make use of it shortly.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    I think you misread.

The theme is spitting out errors. I am a developer and I’ve written a plugin to fix it which isn’t working because the theme is firing other conditions first as I clearly explained!

Please pass the query to one of your devs. They’ll understand the issue and my very simple question.

    Thank you.

    Hello @Niddy,

We are the developers on this forum, and we have reviewed your request. Please note that our theme does not include any custom enqueueing of the Elementor Cloud Library. You can verify this by searching for the mentioned hooks in the theme files (see: https://prnt.sc/xN2hOW-_mz8t). To confirm, you may switch to another theme with the XStore Core plugin disabled and check whether the same issue occurs. If it does, it is likely that Elementor itself has modified the hooks you are trying to use, or you may need to adjust your code by adding additional actions, such as wrapping it in add_action('init', function() { // your custom code }); or a similar approach.

As you mentioned, the issue might also be related to different priorities set in the PRO Elements plugin. Since you are a developer, we recommend exploring and analyzing the code to locate the relevant hooks or filters within the PRO Elements and Elementor plugin files. For instance, in the Cloud Library module, there is a function that checks whether the module is active (see: https://prnt.sc/lVdQcK6SK6yl).

If switching to a default theme resolves the issue, please clarify how we can reproduce the problem on our side.

If you would like our assistance, kindly provide screenshots and a detailed explanation of the results you wish to achieve. This will help us suggest appropriate code snippets or custom solutions, such as those described in this article: https://foxyconcept.com/how-to-disable-the-elementor-pro-templates-library-feature/.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
