Why do I only get this error page on the shopping page, and why does it require me to clear the cache? It happens every two or three days, and then I clear the cache.

    Hello @Omar Quddam,

The issue appears to be related to the permalink settings, and there may be certain .htaccess rules configured on your server that could be causing this problem. This request is not related to a bug in our theme. You can verify this by activating a default theme such as Storefront (although we do not recommend doing so on a live website).

We kindly suggest that you contact your hosting provider and also submit the same request to the cache server support team (if it is managed by another company) so they can review the configuration that might be causing the 404 errors when redirecting from the Shop page.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

When searching for a product and clicking on search, the products do not appear.

    Hello @Omar Quddam,

We have identified the cause of the issue and have already released patch #9625175, which you can activate on your website: https://prnt.sc/vsicvdb24iIH. You can then verify that the products are correctly displayed on the search results page. This fix will also be included in our next update.
