I want to turn off products review feature

The theme has its own review feature. I installed the photo review plugin today.
However, the product review layout doesn’t reflect the plugin’s layout, but rather the theme’s own review layout.
So, I want to disable the theme’s review feature.
Where do I do this?

Hello @chutipao

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Also, provide us details of what you are using so we could check the plugin’s settings.

here is admin,password

please see demo site and our site

review layout is same….we can’t use review plug’s layout
It forces the layout of ThemeReview to be followed. So I want to turn this feature off.

Hello @chutipao,

You can add the following custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS to create a single-column layout for your product reviews:

body #reviews #comments, body #reviews #review_form_wrapper { width: 100%; --comments-columns-space: 0px; }
