    Hi,
    I’m having a problem with a static block.
    Something strange is happening.
    When I edit the static block “menu-sanity-new,” after a few seconds, scrolling disappears. This happens only on Firefox and Chrome. This doesn’t happen on other subpages.
    Please help me with this.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello Peter,

    Some JavaScript files of the WP Bakery Builder appear to be missing:

    Could you please update the WP Bakery Builder to the latest version?

    Additionally, since you are using WP Bakery Builder for all your pages, please disable the Elementor plugin.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hello @Peter,

    1. We have noticed that you currently have 47 active plugins. We recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check again, as one of these additional plugins may be causing the issue.

    2. If the problem persists, please add the following code to the functions.php file located in your child theme:

    function my_admin_custom_css() {
        echo '<style>
            /* Your custom CSS here */
            body { overflow-y: auto !important; }
        </style>';
    }
    add_action( 'admin_head', 'my_admin_custom_css' );

    We hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    I need to use various plugins. It’s impossible to just use the ones provided with your template. Every store needs additional features that you don’t offer. You don’t support integration with courier companies, Facebook, Google, and many others that must be installed to keep up with customer demands.

    Hello @Peter,

    We did not mean that you need to deactivate all third-party plugins except for our approved ones.

    We kindly asked you to test for conflicts between the XStore Theme/ET Core Plugin and third-party plugins so that we can identify which plugin is causing the issue.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
