After click load more and refresh children category doesn’t display fully

this children category has total 19 products and I click “load more”
and the refresh ….and then display only 7 products
I tested this with other children category …all are same

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

This is normal behavior. When you click “Load more” the products from the second and subsequent pages of the shop are loaded. You can notice this by checking the link at the top of the site.
When you refresh the page, it opens the one that is specified in the website address bar.
So, there is no error.

then how visitor can go page1 ?

i think visitor should click “child category” again

or delete ===> /page/2/ from URL

would you please tell me how to turn off “load more” and turn on
