Issue with shop page filters when you first click one it shows all products until you reset them

    Hi

    On the shop page filters when you first click one it shows all products until you reset them – see private for access and video showing the issue.

    Can you please advise how we get this resolved?

    wp-content/themes/xstore/js/elementor-all-widgets.min.js

    thanks so much – this seems to have fixed it but will keep testing and see if we get any more reports – have added that file to the live site and all seems ok so far….

    Can I ask, if this specific to this template or will it be the same on all xstore themes? If so, will you add it to future release updates?

    Hello, Niddy,

    The issue occurred when applying a filter caused the page to scroll and load products from the next page due to infinite scroll pagination, as the screen was automatically scrolled after applying the filters. This problem has now been resolved, and the fix will be included in the next theme update.

    Hello, Niddy,

    We have made changes to the following file:
    wp-content/themes/xstore/js/ajax-filters.min.js

    We have also noticed that from time to time the JavaScript files are not fully loaded, but after reloading the page, the file loads completely. This may be caused by some server-side caching or blocking. Please check this as well.

    thanks for looking at this again but it still does not work – when you click into the shop then select a sub category – it just spins away.

    Please activate this option (turn the switch green) and check the result afterward.
