Cannot edit from theme option. cannot see preview also

On your site, the header is created using the new Header Builder with Elementor, so it is normal that the settings from the old header did not work, as the new one has higher priority.
To avoid confusion in the future, we have disabled the old Header Builder through the theme options. Please make any further changes via XStore Builders > Header Builder with Elementor > Edit Template https://prnt.sc/PQZVyI-i541d

Have you changed the WP-Admin access? We can’t log in anymore. Please check and provide the correct credentials.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.

It depends on which part of the site you would like to change and how exactly you want to modify it. We have developed XStore Builders using Elementor to provide more flexibility and efficiency in customization. In our opinion, editing the header through the theme options was more complicated than doing it with the new builder.

Please let us know what exactly you would like to change, and we will guide you on how to do it.

As per your request, we have tested how the theme options work. The options that are not overridden by the new builders function correctly. For example, here we set 10 products instead of the previous value of 12: https://prnt.sc/XjLTQhoKLjfE — and now 10 products are displayed on the shop page.

2. To disable the sidebar, please navigate to XStore Builders > Archive Products > Edit Template ( https://prnt.sc/IkUV2nPe-Zr4 ), or delete this template to enable the use of Theme Options.
