    Dear 8theme Support Team,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I would like to request a few changes in my website’s menu section. Currently, there are two tabs — “MENU” and “CATEGORIES” — but both of them show similar options like All Categories, Audio, Camera & Drone, etc. This layout doesn’t look very appealing and feels a bit repetitive.

Here’s what I’d like you to do:

    1. Replace the “MENU” tab with a Shop icon (🛍️) or label it as “Shop”.

    2. Keep the “CATEGORIES” tab as it is, so users can view all categories from there.

    3. Please set up my Shop page properly, so when customers click on “Shop,” they are redirected to a well-organized shop layout displaying all products clearly like amazon.

This will make the navigation cleaner and more professional.

Thank you for your help and support.
    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Hello @DashDoor,

The wp-admin access you provided appears to be incorrect. Therefore, we would like to guide you on how to modify the content based on the updates made to our local website.

Please open the Header Editor by navigating to: Dashboard → XStore Builders → Header Builder.

Next, locate the Mobile Menu widget and refer to the following screenshots for guidance:

To correct the Shop page URL, open the Header content and navigate to the Mega Menu widget by following this path:
XStore Builders → Header Builder → Elementor → Edit → Mega Menus.

    Best regards,

    Hello @DashDoor,

We have identified the correct access details in your previous topic, as the current ones, as previously mentioned, are incorrect. This is why we were unable to implement the requested changes earlier. We have previously provided a detailed description of the solution but we don’t understand why it was still not possible for you to handle it. Could you please, describe what steps were hard for you as our customer to implement so we would improve our future answers with more details.

Also, please check the request now (screenshots are attached in private content)

    Kind regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear Team,

Thank you so much for your help earlier — I really appreciate your support. The previous issue has been resolved successfully.

However, I’ve noticed another problem. On the menu, both the Shop and Categories sections are displaying categories. But inside the Shop, it is showing all categories, which I don’t want. I would like all categories to appear only under the Categories menu, not in the Shop.

Also, I’ve already added some new categories, but they are not visible in the Categories menu. Could you please make those new categories visible as well?

Thank you for your assistance once again.
