SMTP Emails Not Sending & Header Menu Not Updating

    Hello XStore Support Team,

    I have successfully activated my XStore theme using my purchase code.

    I am facing the following issues on my website:

    1. *SMTP / Email Issue:*

    * SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP) is configured correctly and shows no errors.
    * However, emails such as *password reset emails* are not being delivered to users.
    * I suspect there is a *program or plugin conflict* within the theme causing this issue.

    2. *Header Menu Issue:*

    * I am trying to update the header menu through *WordPress → Appearance → Menus*, but the changes are not reflected.
    * I would like to know *where in the XStore theme settings* I should make header/menu changes so that they work correctly.

    *Website Setup Details:*

    * WordPress version: 6.8.3
    * XStore theme version: 9.6.1

    Please guide me on how to resolve these issues.

    Regarding your concerns:

    1. SMTP / Email Issue
    – Please ensure that your hosting provider allows external SMTP connections. Some servers block outgoing SMTP ports, which can prevent emails from being sent.
    – Try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Four) and test the email function again. If it works, the issue may be related to a plugin or theme conflict.
    – You can also enable the *Debug Log* in WP Mail SMTP to check for any hidden errors.

    2. Header Menu Issue
    – In XStore, the header is managed through the **Header Builder** rather than the default WordPress menu editor.
    – Please go to **XStore → Header Builder** in your WordPress dashboard. From there, you can edit or assign the menu to the desired header element.
    – After making changes, clear your site and browser cache to ensure updates are visible.

    If the issues persist, please provide temporary admin access (in a private reply) so our technical team can investigate further.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am facing two issues on my website and would appreciate your help:

    I am trying to update my website header menu, but the changes do not appear or update on the preview/live page. After solving every thing please allow me to edit on worldpress beacause x store builder is not work perfectly. not showing edit option etc…

    Regarding SMTP — it successfully passes the email test when using the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, but it always fails when the XStore theme is active.

    I will provide you with temporary WordPress admin access so you can check the issue directly.
    Please fix the header menu (the menu name is [Header Menu]).
    If any plugin is conflicting with the XStore theme, please disable that plugin — do not delete it.

    If you are available now, please share a meeting link so I can show you the problem in real time.

    Could you please contact your hosting provider to inquire whether it is possible to access the email logs on the server? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide an example, such as a video demonstrating how you tested the email sending function using the default theme. This will help us better understand the steps you followed and allow us to replicate the same process with the XStore theme.

    Dear XStore Support Team,

    I’m facing two major issues with my XStore theme:

    The Header Builder and Editing Tool are not working properly on my PC. It’s very hard to understand or make changes — the preview doesn’t update, and my header menu changes don’t appear.

    I had activated XStore Live License earlier, but I deleted my previous WordPress website due to technical issues. Now, after reinstalling WordPress and XStore, it’s showing that the theme is already activated, and I can’t re-activate the live license on my new website.

    I purchased XStore because of its amazing features, but the editor is giving me problems. Please help me reset my license or reactivate it for my new installation so I can continue my project.

    I also want to change my website from “Electric Mega Mart” to “Fashion Mart”, but since the header editor isn’t working properly, I can’t update the design.

    Kindly help me fix both the header issue and license reactivation problem.

    After switching to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, the SMTP is still not working.
    This means the issue is not related to the theme but rather a conflict with one or more plugins.

    Could you please guide me on how to identify and fix this plugin conflict issue?

    I have some SMTP settings configured on my hosting, and they may take up to 24 hours to resolve — that’s fine. Now, please let me know how I can edit my header [main menu] and [mobile menu]. Also, XStore provides language and currency switcher options — please explain how these work.

    Since you are using the header based on the Elementor builder, please open the Header Editor under XStore Builders → Header → Elementor and click on the Mega Menu (see: https://gyazo.com/a98eacb68d6904f9b56e01f417fa65eb). To edit the menu selected for the Mobile Menu widget, click on the mentioned widget and choose the appropriate menu for that content (see: https://prnt.sc/SzLWAgeKlWuW).

    If you wish to edit the menu items, go to Appearance → Menus in your WordPress Dashboard and modify the items of your menus as needed (see: https://prnt.sc/O8WjdCt32vXQ).

    Thank you for your previous guidance.
    My earlier issues with the header and email (SMTP) are now resolved.

    I have one more request:

    You mentioned that the language and currency switcher shown in the demo requires additional plugins. Since many recommended plugins are paid versions, could you please suggest any reliable FREE plugins that work well with:

    XStore Theme

    Elementor Header Builder

    WooCommerce

    Razorpay / Stripe / PayPal payment gateways

    I only need basic functionality for now:

    A simple language switcher

    A simple currency switcher

    Once my store grows, I will consider upgrading to premium plugins.

    Hello XStore Support Team,

    I hope you are doing well.

    I am facing a serious issue with my website after restoring it manually on a new server (CyberPanel). My XStore theme is installed properly, but the XStore Core plugin is missing, and I am unable to find or download it.

    My issue:

    After reinstalling WordPress on a fresh server, the site restored correctly but
    XStore Core plugin suddenly disappeared.

    When I checked the theme files, I could not find et-core-plugin.zip anywhere.

    Without XStore Core, the following are not working:

    Theme Options

    Header Builder

    Speed Optimization

    XStore Builders

    Many XStore functions

    What I have already tried:

    Downloaded the theme file from ThemeForest again
    (but the ZIP I downloaded does NOT contain et-core-plugin.zip)

    Checked the entire “Plugins” folder inside the downloaded theme package

    Checked WP dashboard “Install Plugins” section — but XStore Core is not appearing

    Request:

    Please help me with either of the following:

    Provide me the latest XStore Core plugin (et-core-plugin.zip)
    OR

    Tell me exactly where to find it in the ThemeForest download package
    (as it is missing for me)

    My purchase is valid and theme is already registered.

    Website details:

    Theme: XStore (latest)

    Child Theme: Active

    Hosting Panel: CyberPanel (Lightspeed)

    Issue started after fresh WordPress installation
