Page customization issues with Elementor………

    The shop page on my website does not open with Elementor, safe mode does not work. Can you provide a permanent solution for this?

    Hello @Dezi Jeffry,

    We have noticed that you have not yet attached the wp-admin access to your website, which prevents us from checking the issue directly. However, we can suggest the following steps:

    1. Open the Elements Manager section under Elementor.
    2. Scan for the widgets in use and disable any inactive ones.
    3. Check if you are then able to open the page editor.

    Please share your private content information only in the private area, as it is visible exclusively to our support managers. The public area is accessible to all customers.

    It’s still the same, can’t be edited with Elementor.

    Could you please check the issue from another device or test it using an incognito browser? We have tested it several times, and the Editor is opening correctly. A video demonstrating this is attached below.

    It still doesn’t work for me, is there a good solution for this? Which is very important for our website, we can’t decorate the shop page with Elementor. Please help quickly.

    Could you please clarify which browser you are using, as well as the versions that are installed?

    In the private content, we have attached a video recorded using Chrome and Safari, where everything appears to be working correctly on our side.

    Could you please provide us with a video showing the results of your tests?

    Look, I have cleared all browsing data, crash files, etc. of my browser, but it still doesn’t work. I have tried it with other browsers and it doesn’t work. What is the solution?

    To edit the Shop page content, please note that it cannot be modified directly through the default page editor. Instead, open the editor via XStore Builders → Products Archive Builder → Go to Builder. We have also provided a URL in the private content section for your convenience, allowing you to access and edit the content directly.
